Hello My name is Lunje
I am a feminist
I believe it makes the world a better place
I say this because I believe equality between sexes allows me to be free

I am 24 years old, the most recent women's movement I can recall is #menaretrash.
I come first in my life. There is no one else that can do what I can, and I believe that love must start from within.
I find conflict in my family is stifling, but when I get overwhelmed I have to remind myself to love YOU first.
Because I am what counts.
I grew up between Port Elizabeth and Cape Town
I find loneliness is a strong presence when I am sad
What makes me a powerful woman is that I am paying for my studies with my part time work
juggling work and studies is not an easy task
But every day I get closer to achieving my dreams of being and independent woman. That motivation is enough
I am a beautiful African woman. I believe I am created in the image of the creator, therefore I too am a creator.
I, and only I can forge my future to fit the will of the reality I choose.
My biggest obstacle that continues to prevent me from living a safe life as a South African woman is ongoing crimes against my right to equality. These crimes are not unknown to us, they are the serpent's head of patriarchy & apartheid.
Regardless, I am proudly African. My culture & heritage stand me in good stead as MY own queen.
My story is bitter sweet.
I am a queer sexual-abuse survivor.
I do not require your sympathy - don't you worry.
I have taken my body back.
I am my own Queen. that gives me the strength I need to continue this voyage.
My life is a journey I will continue to pursue with agency and power in my purse.
Do you believe in Love at first site
Nope. There's no way to study a person's behaviour at first sight.
